Auditastical is a product of Grantastical, the trading name of Grant Finlayson, a self-employed sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using auditastical.com or subscribing to the service, you agree to the following terms.
Auditastical provides an automated AI visibility audit and monitoring tool for a single flat subscription of £49/month. The free instant check is provided at no charge with no obligation to subscribe. A subscription gives repeated access to the full audit — usable on your own business, or, if you're a professional (web designer, SEO consultant, marketing freelancer, business coach, consultant, or agency), on your prospects' or clients' businesses — subject to a fair-use limit of 20 audits per 24 hours per subscription. You are an ordinary subscriber under these terms whichever way you use it: there is no wholesale, reseller, or white-label arrangement.
A paid subscription requires you to supply your own Anthropic API key (a Brave Search key is optional). You are responsible for that key's associated costs with your AI provider, for keeping it valid, and for complying with that provider's own terms of use. Auditastical encrypts and stores your key solely to run the audits you request under your subscription — see the privacy policy for how it's handled and deleted.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at £49/month through Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider, who act as Merchant of Record: Paddle is the seller of record for this transaction, handles applicable tax (VAT/sales tax) collection and remittance, and — under Paddle's own policies, not Auditastical's — makes the final decision on refunds and payment disputes. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your stored API keys are deleted immediately.
AI systems are operated by third parties and change frequently, without notice. While every audit is prepared using an evidence-based methodology, Auditastical cannot guarantee specific rankings, visibility, or recommendation outcomes in any AI tool or search engine, as these are outside our control.
To run an audit, you'll provide information about a business, including its website and, where relevant, competitor names. You confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it — including where you're running an audit on a client's or prospect's business rather than your own.
Reports generated for you are for your own business use, including use with your own clients and prospects if you're a professional subscriber. The underlying audit methodology, scoring rubric, and prompt library remain Auditastical's own and are not disclosed as part of the service.
An approved affiliate earns £19/month recurring commission for each subscriber referred through their link, for as long as that subscriber's subscription remains active — subject to standard anti-fraud and self-referral restrictions. Commission is void on a refunded or disputed payment for the relevant period.
Auditastical provides analysis in good faith but is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of a report, for changes in third-party AI platforms' behaviour after a report is delivered, or for the accuracy or availability of the AI provider you've connected via BYOK.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
